  RWC AHOY in Rotterdam
  
  The location is accessible by car, bike and public transport.
  
  In case you are coming by car we ask you to park at the side of the road (there will be traffic control to help you)

• HEATS

  The run is divided into 4 heats. You will be put in a heat based on your target time.
  
  HEAT 1: 38:50-….
  HEAT 2: 34:50-38:50
  HEAT 3: 31:30-34:50
  HEAT 4: sub 31:30
  

• PACERS

  In each heat we have pacers.

  These will be announced closer to the event

• REGISTRATION

  Registration is open and is limited to 1500 10km spots.
  
  Cost: € 27,50
